The church and wedding reception will both be pretty central and within a taxi ride.

Last case scenario, if you wish to book a flat with other people, we suggest you find something in the City centre or near the Radisson Blu. Would not recommend the Old Centre as this has become a pedestrian area, full of tourists so hard to get a cab or get around town. Recommended websites:

Transportation

Taxi

Most of you will be staying in the center and the church will be very close by, we will let you take a taxi or Uber from your hotel to the church. We will be sending soon taxi numbers.

There are several taxi companies in Bucharest and their tariffs go from RON 1.39 per km to RON 3.5 per km. The prices are usually written on the cars’ doors so you should take a look before entering the taxi.

For those landing at the airport, it is recommended to take one of the taxis from the dedicated area in front of Arrivals, or order a taxi with the help of the touch screens in the airport. Find more information on airport taxis hereunder.

Licensed taxis are available for passengers arriving at Bucharest Henri Coandă International Airport. These cars will be situated in a taxi stations located at the exit of the terminal in front of the Arrivals terminal. There are also touch screen terminals for taxi requests available for customers who want to order taxi from a certain company.

There are 16km between the Otopeni - Henri Coanda airport and the Radisson Blu and the price should be between 24-60 RON which is between 5-13 EUR

To the Party

There is a small amount of parking at Casa Doina. We would suggest that you take a taxi or an Uber there and back. The service is good and cheap, allowing you to enjoy the night :)
